1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the n888kg Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Any funds deposited or won during a period where the Player is found to have been underage shall be forfeited.

4Account Registration and Maintenance

5Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the n888kg Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). n888kg does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. The following general wagering rules apply:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. n888kg does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a Wager after it has been submitted and accepted by the Platform.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment your Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your Wager.

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as at the Player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

14Dispute Resolution
